Capel Pisco Distillery

	The Esqui valley, close to La Serena is famous for it's pisco distillies, "Capel" being the best known of the country (they sell smaller bottles, too). "Pisco Sour", made of Pisco, lemon juice and sugar is the national drink of Chile.
